For the better part of the last decade I have been working in the fitness industry.  I graduated from St. Joseph's college of Maine in 2008 and immediately started working with clients.  This experience allows me to work with almost any goal that a new or existing clients presents.  Specializing in results based programming has allowed me the opportunity to work with all ages, fitness levels and limitations.  I strongly believe that there is a program appropriate for everyone to achieve their best self.  Together we will work to identify your personal needs, reinforce positive habits and build a stronger you!

I am a fun loving person who enjoys cooking, fishing, expanding my love of craft beer at local breweries or getting into shenanigans with friends and family.   I am an avid Olympic lifter and spend as much time under the bar as I possibly can!  If you don't find me at the gym you will find me in the kitchen prepping and delivering  meals for Clean Eats Kitchen with my brothers!
